Job Description: Packing Operator

📍 Location: Cuttack
💰 Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 (Net)

Role: Packing Machine Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and manage various material packing machines to ensure smooth production.

Set and monitor machine parameters such as sealing, temperature, labeling, and speed.

Perform quality checks for product weight, sealing quality, packaging material, and labeling accuracy.

Load packaging materials like films, pouches, cartons, labels, etc., and ensure proper stock availability.

Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance or minor adjustments.

Identify and report equipment issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team immediately.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards within the production area.

Maintain daily production reports, including output, wastage, and downtime.

Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Support continuous improvement activities to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
