  1. Scope of Services: Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. (“Consultant”) provides professional recruitment and placement services to client companies (“Employer”) to source and recommend qualified candidates as per specific job requirements.
  2. Service Charges: The Employer agrees to pay a service fee equivalent to 8.33% of the selected candidate’s annual gross CTC (Cost to Company). Payment is due within 15 days from the candidate’s date of joining. Applicable GST and taxes will be charged as per government norms.
  3. Replacement Policy: If the selected candidate resigns or is terminated within 60/90 days of joining, Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. will provide one free replacement for the same position. If a replacement cannot be provided, 50% of the fee may be adjusted against future billing. No refund will be provided if the candidate is terminated due to company policy, misconduct, or restructuring.
  4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared, including candidate details, company data, salary structures, and internal communications. Information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
  5. Candidate Ownership: Candidate profiles submitted by Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. remain the Consultant’s property for 6 months from the date of submission. If the Employer hires the same candidate directly or indirectly within this period, full consultancy charges will be applicable.
  6. Payment Terms: Payments must be made by Account Payee Cheque, NEFT, or RTGS in favor of Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. Late payments beyond the due date will attract an interest of 18% per annum.
  7. Liability Disclaimer: Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between the Employer and the Candidate. The company will not be held liable for any issues related to performance, behavior, or post-employment disputes between the Employer and the Candidate.
  8. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days’ written notice. All outstanding payments for services already rendered must be cleared before termination.
  9. Jurisdiction: All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha only.
  10. Acceptance of Terms: By sharing job requirements or engaging Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. for recruitment services, the Employer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
