Nature of Services

All payments made to Streamline Specialty Pvt. Ltd. are for professional recruitment, placement, and consultancy services.

Refund Policy

  • All registration, consultancy, and service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Once the service process has started, no refund will be entertained.
  • Fees paid for job registration, interview coordination, documentation, or processing are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer.
  • Amount debited but transaction failed.
  • Service not initiated due to internal technical error.
Note: Refund request must be raised within 3 working days of the transaction.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Services once paid for cannot be cancelled.
  • No refund in case of candidate withdrawal, non-appearance, or employer rejection.
