Salary: ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced EHS & Safety Engineer for our FMCG / FMCD manufacturing plant at Puri, Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a safe working environment across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor EHS policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with statutory and industrial safety standards.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.

Promote PPE usage and safe work practices.

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports.

Maintain EHS records and documentation.

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for safety improvements.

Monitor emergency response systems and fire safety protocols.

Required Skills

Knowledge of EHS management systems and legal compliance

Experience in FMCG / FMCD industry safety

Familiar with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage site safety independently

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate / Diploma

PDI Certified

Minimum 3 years experience in EHS / Safety role

Experience in FMCG / FMCD plant

Willing to work in plant environment at Puri
