TERM & CONDITION

1. Registration Cost: The registration fee is non-refundable and encompasses counseling services for the initial appearance. This indicates that the consultancy charges candidates for its services upfront.
2. Interview Arrangements: Streamline Specialist pvt.ltd (Streamline Specialist Pvt Ltd) is responsible for arranging interview calls until the candidate secures placement or receives an offer letter. This service is valid for one year from the date of registration, signifying a time-bound commitment from the consultancy.
3. Candidate Responsibility: Candidates are required to confirm their attendance over the phone. Failure to do so three times may result in the registration being canceled. This clause underscores the importance of communication and commitment from the candidate's side.
4. Payment: After receiving an offer letter, candidates are expected to pay consultancy fees as previously discussed.
5. Candidate Accountability: Streamline Specialist pvt.ltd (Streamline Specialist Pvt Ltd) disclaims responsibility if a candidate leaves their job due to personal reasons. This clause shifts the risk to the candidate, emphasizing their accountability for their career decisions.
6. Behavioral Issues: The consultancy also disclaims responsibility for any issues arising from a candidate's attitude or behavior while working with a company. This further reinforces the consultancy's position on candidate accountability.
7. Payment Recovery: If a candidate fails to pay the consultancy's charges as per the terms and conditions, Streamline Specialist pvt.ltd (Streamline Specialist Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to recover the money by any means. This includes the possibility of cancelling the candidature at any moment by informing the company where the candidate has been selected.
